During this time of year, we like to take a moment to look back and be grateful for our wonderful customers. We are so lucky to have the support of our community so we can do what we love… and do it well. Here’s a word from one of our customers that reminded us why we are in this business. 

“I know what I have written is quite lengthy, but it is worth the read. Today it is very rare to find a business of any kind that is honest, trustworthy, reasonable, and true professionals who pride themselves for what they do. I found that business/person on Sunday, August 31. It is SHOCKLEY ELECTRIC run by Christian Shockley. I had an electrical issue that Christian figured out in minutes. I had the same identical issue two years ago and was led to believe I had a short somewhere. They charged me an absorbent amount….disgraceful. They even told me that I needed to replace my electrical panel box. Christian Shockley looked at it and said I did not need one. All of these large Electrical, HVAC and Plumbing companies try to up-sell you on things you don’t need. I know this for a fact because of having a nephew that worked for two different large HVAC companies and got fired because he refused to up-sell clients on things they did not need. I now tend to look for small independent companies to work with because they take pride in their companies and are honest because they know it leads to more business and their reputation. I cannot emphasize more how about how impressed I was with Christian Shockley. Trust me, if you need any electrical work done, then SHOCKLEY ELECTRICAL should be the only company you call. He is truly a gentleman that takes pride in his work, is reasonable and knows his business. The best is that he is a young man by most standards and sets a fine example in what we expect to see in young entrepreneurs. Don’t get me wrong, when I say young, I don’t mean experience. He has 10 years as a certified Master Electrician. I HIGHLY recommend him.”
